Sarah Lambert
Partner

Areas Of Expertise:
Matrimonial, Divorce, Children, Financial Settlements, Prenuptial Agreements, Civil Partnerships and Cohabitation Agreements.

Admitted as a solicitor in 1993, Sarah has been at Bowles & Co for over 20 years. Today, she specialises in matrimonial work and advises clients on matters relating to children, injunctions, financial settlements, nuptial and cohabitee disputes, and civil partnerships.

A trained collaborative lawyer and a member of Resolution, the nationwide organisation of family lawyers and professionals committed to the constructive resolution of family disputes, she is a firm believer in minimising conflict in families, especially where children are involved.

Sarah comments: "It's a sad fact of modern life that as many as 42% of all marriages in the UK end in divorce. Much of my time is spent working with families who have often reached a very difficult and emotional time in their lives. My role is to guide them safely through the legal issues they're facing, help them resolve their problems as amicably as possible, and ultimately move forward to happier times."

In her spare time, Sarah is a keen sport fan and regularly attends rugby matches at Twickenham with her family.

Dealing with property transactions, particularly when buying or selling your home, can be very stressful when you're not used to them but I do all that I can to make the transaction as easy and straightforward as possible for my clients."
